Ham With Port Raisin Sauce
Ingredients
1,100 gr smoked ham
2 tawny
80 ml double-strength beef broth
80 ml water
85 gr dark raisins
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs cornstarch dissolved in
2 tbs water
1 pierce the ham all over with the tip of a sharp knife
3,300 gr slow-cooker
