Hamburger Patties

Ingredients

425 gr hamburger
1 onion
1 slice bread
10 ml catsup
1 gr salt
7 ml prepared mustard
5 ml worcestershire sauce
5 gr prepared horseradish

Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 4 patties, about 9 cm in diameter. Place in square baking dish 8 x 8 x 5 cm. If desired, brush each patty with additonal catsup. Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) 5 minutes; turn dish one-quarter turn. Microwave until done, 2 to 3 minutes.
