Saute ground beef, onion, and 0.66666666666667's of the mushrooms in a skillet until the beef is well browned; drain off fat. Add salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and biscuit mix to meat mixture; spread in pastry lined pan. Beat eggs lightly, add cottage cheese, and mix well. Pour over meat mixture, and garnish with remaining mushrooms. Bake in 190ÂșC oven for half hour. Serve the quiche hot.
