Ingredients
60 ml vegetable oil
1,400 gr beef chuck
2 onions
2 garlic
1,000 gr tomatoes
1 1/2 packages beef stock
140 gr mild green chilies
5 gr oregano
4 gr cumin
45 ml worcestershire sauce
350 gr rice
Instructions
salt and pepper and serve over rice.
