Harvard Beets

Ingredients

24 gr cornstarch
65 gr sugar
2 gr salt
1 1/2 beet liquid
30 ml vinegar
22 gr butter
3 beets

Instructions

Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt; blend in beet liquid, vinegar, and butter. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add beets. Let stand 10 minutes. Heat.
