Harvest Hot Pot

Ingredients

190 gr pearl barley
10 ml sunflower oil
110 gr shallots
2 leeks
1 potato
90 gr carrots
60 gr button mushrooms
2 gr rosemary
4 gr thyme
6 gr yeast extract
1 slice salt and pepper
350 ml with water

Instructions

vegetables together with the yeast extract. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste. Serve hot.
