Harvest Table Apple Pie

Ingredients

6 slices apples
8 gr cornstarch
3 gr cinnamon
1 gr salt
38 gr sugar
40 gr margarine
110 gr syrup

Instructions

----------------------------------TOPPING--------------------------------- quarter c Brown sugar 2 tb Flour 3 tb White syrup 2 tb Margarine, softened quarter c Nuts, chopped Prepare pastry for a 2 crust 23 cm pie. Fill bottom shell with 6 medium apples, sliced. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over apples. Cover with top crust and bake in 220ÂșC oven 45 minutes, or until crust is browned. Topping: Mix ingredients together, spread over top of pie. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until topping is bubbly. (Place pie pan on larger pan to catch topping that may run off). ----
