Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

375 gr all purpose flour
400 gr sugar
5 ml soda
3 gr salt
3 gr cinnamon
140 gr nuts
3 eggs
350 ml vegetable oil
300 gr mashed ripe bananas
9 gr vanilla

Instructions

Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 8 cm loaf pans. Bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
