Heart Attack Cake

Ingredients

500 gr bittersweet dark chocolate
250 gr superfine sugar
250 gr butter
2 grand marnier
10 egg yolks room temperature
10 egg whites room temperature
50 gr superfine sugar
1 powdered sugar
250 gr sugar
5,000 gr sugar
12 spring-form

Instructions

Remove from oven, let rest 20 minutes. Invert onto plate and remove form. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with vanilla sauce and/or raspberry puree, if desired.
