Hearty Buffalo Stew

Ingredients

550 gr buffalo stew meat
5 carrots
1 onion
3 slices stalks celery
1 package tomatoes
75 gr quick cooking tapioca
2 bay leaves
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper

Instructions

Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for dozen hours (high for 5 to 6 hours). Makes 4 to 6 servings. From "Taste of Texas"
