Hearty Meat & Vidalia Onion Pie*

Ingredients

1 package bisquits layer
450 gr beef
1 ml tabasco sauce
1 vidalia onion
10 gr mushrooms
5 eggs
1/2 italian seasonings
1 gr parsley
1 gr salt
1 gr oregano
1 gr pepper
120 gr swiss cheese
110 gr cheddar cheese
120 ml sour cream

Instructions

First Layer: Make a pie shell out of the canned bisquits. Second Layer Saute meat, onions and mushrooms in a small amount of oil until meat is lightly browned, and the onions are limp. Drain off excess fat and seasonings. Mix well. Remove from heat and add eggs. Mix well and pour on top of bisquit layer. THIRD LAYER Mix the ingredients and spread over meat layer. Beat in a 350 oven for 40 minutes or until brown. ----
