Hearty Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

900 gr stew beef
230 gr corn
3,300 ml water
2 slices onions
1 onion
1 potato
3 gr salt
32 gr spinach
1 gr thyme
140 gr green beans
100 gr split peas
200 gr green peas
6 slices carrots
260 gr lima beans
300 gr celery
240 ml ketchup
1 green pepper
1 gr parsley
3 tomatoes

Instructions

In large kettle, cover beef with water and add chopped onion, salt, thyme. Bring to boil. Skim fat from surface. Add split peas, cover and simmer over low heat, 3-4 hours. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
