Hearty Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

475 gr kidney beans
600 gr tomatoes
475 gr great northern beans
475 gr garbanzo beans
120 ml water
3 onions
2 green peppers
2 slices celery stalks
1 zucchini
2 garlic
1 gr basil
1 gr pepper
1 bay leaf

Instructions

Combine the undrained tomatoes, undrained beans, water, and remaining vegetables and seasonings in a 4 litre Dutch oven. Bring to boil. Reduce the heat; cover and simmer for about 1 hour or until vegs. are tender. Cal: 180 per serving; 0.25g fat.
