Hebal Vingars

Ingredients

400 gr dry basil leaves
2 heads garlic
10 peppers
2 ga wine vinegar
210 gr dry rosemary
30 stems of marjoram
6 long
2 heads of garlic
26 gr pepper
1/2 over the herb mixture
1 flavor the vingar

Instructions

place for two weeks. Strain the vinegar and pour into display bottles. Add sprigs of fresh herbs to each bottle for visual interest if desired.
