Helen Evans Brown's Corn Chili Bread
Ingredients
3 ears corn
120 gr cornmeal
6 gr salt
14 gr double-acting baking powder
240 ml sour cream
170 gr melted butter
2 eggs
1/4 gruyere
45 gr green chilis dice the cheese
9 baking dish
2 1/2 souffle dish
350 degree oven
Instructions
from the main dish served with the bread. This is paticularly good with roast pork or roast turkey.
