Helen Peagram's Freezer Zucchini Bread Batter

Ingredients

500 gr zucchini
6 eggs
475 ml oil
6 gr salt
650 gr brown sugar
26 gr vanilla
750 gr flour
16 gr cinnamon
140 gr nuts

Instructions

half ts Soda half ts Baking powder

Put all in a processor and blend well. Line loaf pans (9x5) with plastic and fill loaf pan two third full. Freeze. Remove from pans and wrap in plastic.

To bake, remove plastic and thaw out. Add half tsp soda and half tsp baking powder per loaf. Grease pan and pour in batter. Bake at 350 approx 1 hour. Delicious!
