Herb-packed Snapper
Ingredients
some garlic
4 snapper fillets
2 chinese bean paste
2 gr parsley
8 gr chives
8 gr flour
12 sundried tomato
16 ml olive oil
22 ml lemon juice
8 gr pine nuts
120 ml boiling water
40 gr liquid
5 ml oil
10 ml oil skille
Instructions
Add tomatoes and reserved liquid, pine nuts and garlic; cook 1 minute, until heated through. Spoon sauce evenly over snapper.
