4 cod filets
110 gr panko
1/4 cilantro
1/4 chives
7 gr italian parsley
30 ml extra-virgin olive oil
6 gr garlic
1 slice knob of ginger
950 ml chicken stock
4 ears corn
8 heads baby bok choy washed
1 place a bed of bok choy on a heated dinner
