Herbed Cornbread Dressing, Part 1 Of 2

Ingredients

190 gr cornmeal
65 gr flour
3 gr salt
28 gr baking powder
1 egg
45 ml vegetable oil
240 ml milk
1 turkey neck
1 turkey leaves from
7 celery stalks
1 celery stalk
2 onion
2,800 ml water
12 bread
350 gr rice
80 gr mushrooms
270 gr pecans
9 baking
16 ml vegetable oil
2,800 ml water to a in a po thoroughly rinse turkey neck

Instructions
