Herbed Fish Fillets

Ingredients

75 gr enriched corn meal
1 gr salt
1 gr dillweed
1 gr paprika
1 gr pepper
210 gr cod
1 egg
30 ml milk
28 gr margarine

Instructions

Heat oven to 180ÂșC . Combine corn meal and seasonings. Dip fish in combined egg and milk. Coat with corn meal mixture. Place in 15x10-inch jelly roll pan. Drizzle with margarine. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
