Herbed Vegetable Fritatta

Ingredients

150 gr cubed potatoes
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
65 gr quartered zucchini
110 gr kraft healthy favorites
5 gr green onions
1 gr basil leaves
1 1/2 packages cholester free egg
80 gr cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Heat oven to 350'F. Spray 20 cm, ovenproof skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Layer potatoes, salt, pepper, zucchini, half cup cheese, onions and basil in skillet. Shake egg product well; pour over vegetables. Bake 22-25 minutes, or until set. Sprinkle with remaining half cup cheese and tomatoes. Heat broiler. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
