Herman Double

Ingredients

170 gr butter room temperature
400 gr sugar
4 eggs
45 gr cocoa
190 gr flour
1 gr salt
1/2 herman sourdough starter
14 gr vanilla
180 gr semisweet chocolate
65 gr nuts

Instructions

In bowl of electric mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir dry ingredients together. Combine starter and vanilla; add alternately with dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Spread in greased 11.5 x 7.5 x 4 cm pan. Sprinkle chocolate and nuts on top. Bake in preheated 180ÂșC oven 30 min.
