Hickory Nut Drop Cookies

Ingredients

400 gr sugar
190 gr shortening
2 eggs
240 ml milk
240 ml buttermilk
500 gr flour
5 gr baking soda
5 gr baking powder
140 gr nuts
170 gr raisins

Instructions

Sift soda and baking powder in with flour. Note: Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake in moderate 190ÂșC . oven.
