Hillary Clinton's Choc Chip Oatmeal Cookie
Ingredients
3 gr salt
5 gr baking soda
190 gr shortening
220 gr brown sugar
100 gr sugar
4 gr vanilla
2 eggs
300 gr old-fashioned rolled oats
1 package semisweet chocolate chips
350 degree oven
Instructions
to cool completely. Makes 7.5 dozen. Notes from Gaye: I must like a larger cookie because this only made 4.5 -10ºC rom me. They took 14 minutes to bake.
