Ho-ho Cake

Ingredients

375 gr flour
65 gr cocoa
9 gr baking soda
400 gr sugar
3 gr salt
180 ml oil
30 ml vinegar
9 gr vanilla
475 ml water
1 whipped cream filling
16 gr cornstarch
240 ml milk
110 gr butter
65 gr crisco shortening
200 gr sugar
9 gr vanilla
1 stick
28 gr butter
38 ml water
1 egg

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Grease and flour a 10x15x1-inch jellyroll pan. Combine all cake ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into prepared jellyroll pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool.

Whipped Cream Filling: Bring cornstarch and milk to a boil, stirring constantly, until very thick. Let cool completely. Cream together butter, Crisco, sugar and vanilla. Add the cooled mixture and beat at high speed until fluffy. Spread over cooled cake.

Chocolate Frosting: Melt the butter, and mix in remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over Whipped Cream Filling. Refrigerate until frosting is set.
