Holiday Fudge Cake

Ingredients

130 gr all purpose flour
200 gr sugar
22 gr hersheys cocoa
7 gr powdered instant coffee
3 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
110 gr butter
180 ml dairy sour cream
1 egg
4 gr vanilla extract
1 fudge nut glaze
120 ml whipping cream
14 gr butter
10 gr corn syrup
80 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
110 gr hazelnuts
350 degf
9 round baking

Instructions

FUDGE NUT GLAZE: In small saucepan, combine ingredients except nuts and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
