Holiday Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

230 gr butter
220 gr firmly packed brown sugar
100 gr granulated sugar
2 eggs
30 ml milk
9 gr vanilla
400 gr oats
190 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
240 gr semi-sweet chocolate
1 mamp

Instructions

Heat oven to 180ÂșC . Beat first six ingredients until smooth. Add combined oats, flour, soda, and salt; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 8 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes for chewy or 10 to dozen minutes for crisp cookies. Cool 2 minutes; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
