Holiday Stuffed Pork Roast

Ingredients

90 gr slivered almonds
28 gr butter
90 gr green onions
75 gr celery
475 gr brown rice
180 ml orange juice
12 gr orange peel
16 gr crystallized ginger
1 gr salt
1 pork loin roast
1 gr rosemary
1 gr cracked black pepper
450 ml cranberry sauce
1 orange
120 ml orange juice
2 gr ginger
3 intervals
65 gr cranberry mixture over pork

Instructions

until meat thermometer registers 80ÂșC . Let roast stand 10 minutes. Remove string and slice roast. Serve with remaining cranberry sauce. Makes 6 to 8 servings
