Homemade Polish Sausage

Ingredients

1 homemade polish sausage
1,300 gr pork
1 of garlic
18 gr salt
8 gr pepper
8 gr morton sausage seasoning
1 grind pork coarsely
1 freezes well
5 make an afternoon of it

Instructions

To cook, simply thaw and pan-fry in skillet for approximately 15 minutes on medium heat until sausage is nicely browned and begins to 'split', or use in your favorite recipe.
