Honey-wine Smoked Ribs

Ingredients

475 ml madeira wine
80 ml honey
60 ml dijon mustard
7 gr onion
30 ml worcestershire sauce
16 ml lemon juice
1,000 gr fully smoked pork
1/2 thickened
6 from high coals

Instructions
