Honey Beer Cake

Ingredients

110 gr butter
400 gr sugar
4 eggs
120 ml orange juice
110 gr apple butter
180 ml honey
500 gr flour
9 gr baking powder
60 gr black walnuts
1 gr salt
5 gr baking soda
2 gr nutmeg
3 gr cinnamon
2 gr allspice
240 ml beer
170 gr raisins

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325. Cream butter and sugar til fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add orange juice, apple butter and honey. Mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with beer, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Add raisin and nuts which have been coated with flour. Pour batter in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 160ÂșC or one hour and 20 min. Sprinkle top and sides with confectioners sugar.
