Honey Cheesecake

Ingredients

50 gr graham cracker crumbs
230 ml pkg cream chese softened
180 ml honey
8 gr cornstarch mixed with
14 gr sugar
2 eggs
7 gr vanilla
1 melted apricot jam
3 springform with nonstick cooking spray
1 beat cream cheese in

Instructions

Up to 1 hour before serving, run a knife around edge of cake and remove pan sides. To garnish: brush top of cake with melted jam. Arrange strawberries on cake and brush with jam. Pile blueberries in middle.
