Honey Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

325 gr sifted flour
5 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
95 gr shortening
100 gr sugar
180 ml honey
1 egg
60 gr chocolate
60 ml water
120 ml sour milk
4 gr vanilla

Instructions

Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together. Cream shortening with sugar and honey until fluffy. Add half cup dry ingredients and blend. Add beaten yolk and chocolate; beat thoroughly. Add dry ingredients and liquids alternately in small amounts, blending after each addition. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Bake in greased pan in moderate oven 350�F for 40 to 50 minutes.
