Honey Merry Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
65 gr shortening
1 egg
1 lemon extract
5 ml soda
65 gr sugar
160 ml honey
350 gr flour
3 gr salt
Instructions
Mix ingredients. Chill dough 2-3 hours. Roll out dough and cut. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake at 190ºC or 8-10 minutes.
