Honey Mustard Bread
Ingredients
120 ml water
190 gr bread flour
65 gr wheat flour
10 ml dry milk
38 ml honey
1 gr salt
60 ml chicken broth
26 ml gourmet mustard
1 chives
12 gr yeast
Instructions
The chives give this bread a sweet taste and it is great for sandwiches and even just toasted.
