Preheat oven to 220ºC . In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, honey and paprika. Brush chicken pieces generously with olive oil mixture. Arrange chicken in roasting pan. Roast 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 200ºC . Baste chicken again with olive oil mixture. Roast chicken, basting occasionally, 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and juices run clear. Makes 4 servings Formatted by Carole Walberg
