Horchata

Ingredients

120 gr long rice
950 ml milk
100 gr sugar
4 gr vanilla
1 gr cinnamon

Instructions

Ice Place the rice in a bowl with enough hot water to cover. Let the rice sit overnight. Next day, remove the water. Place half cup of water, and 2 cups milk in a blender. Blend until rice is all ground up. Mix in quarter cup sugar, half t vanilla, quarter t cinnamon. Do the same with the other half of the ingredients. Strain through cheesecloth (or whatever). Serve over ice. Makes 6 glasses.
