Hot Fudge Cake

Ingredients

130 gr all purpose flour
150 gr sugar
32 gr baking cocoa
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
120 ml milk
30 ml vegetable oil
4 gr vanilla extract
220 gr brown sugar
425 ml water

Instructions

Whipped cream or ice cream Optional In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, 2 Tablespoon. cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Spread in an ungreased 23 cm square baking pan. Combine the brown sugar and remaining cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over all; do not stir. Bake at 180ÂșC or 35-40 minutes. Serve warm. Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
