Hot Mulled Spice Mix
Ingredients
190 gr coriander seeds
190 gr allspice
55 gr anise seeds
18 gr mint
3 cinnamon sticks
1 lemon grass
95 gr orange peel
110 gr star anise
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients. Keep in a tightly sealed container.
