Hot Scallop Salad With Potato Chips

Ingredients

250 gr sea scallops
80 ml salad oil
16 gr ginger
30 ml lime juice
2 gr marjoram leaves
4 gr sugar
1 gr pepper
40 gr thinly green onion
4 gr mixed salad leaves
80 gr pototo chips
12 frying over high heat
1/2 scallops

Instructions
