Hot Smoked Portabello Pizza With Goat Cheese And Green Sauc

Ingredients

some green sauce
4 portabello mushrooms stems removed
8 gr baby spinach
8 gr basil
2 gr tarragon leaves
5 ml balsamic vinegar
3 gr capers
2 garlic
30 ml extra-virgin olive oil
120 gr coach farms goat cheese

Instructions

Prepare smoker. Rub mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Hot smoke for 10 minutes. Puree all sauce ingredients. Spoon over mushrooms. Add slices of cheese, a little more sauce and smoke for 5 more minutes.
