Hot Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients

4 avocados
60 ml lemon juice
1 gr garlic powder
55 gr butter
5 gr green onion
1 gr celery salt
1 gr cayenne pepper
32 gr flour
475 ml cream
280 gr chicken
110 gr sharp cheddar

Instructions

Roll outside of peeled avocados in lemon juice to keep color. Put in large baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic powder. Melt butter; add green onions, celery salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. blend in flour. Add cream. Cook while stirring until thickened. Fold in chicken and half cup cheese. Bake avocados at 180ÂșC or 15 minutes. remove to serving plates. Ladle filling over avocados. top with remaining cheese.
