How Now Brownies

Ingredients

230 gr chocolate chips
100 gr butter
4 eggs
150 gr sugar
4 gr vanilla
95 gr wheat flour

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter together in microwave or over medium heat. Stir and let cool slightly. Beat eggs by hand in large bowl; add sugar and vanilla; continue to beat until smooth, 2-3 minutes. Add chocolate mixture and flour; stir well. Pour into greased 23 cm x 33 cm pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool; cut into squares. Yield 56 brownies. Fat 6.2 grams per bar / Source of Fiber
