Howard's Persian Sweet Rice

Ingredients

1 zest
2 orange
1 juice
120 gr rice
1 water to to orange
1 carrot
1 juice to make
7 gr raisins
8 gr almonds
100 gr sugar
1 blanched almonds
1 gr salt
1 slivered
14 gr butter
1 1/2 set aside
16 ml sherry
28 gr butter
