Hsin-min Shrimp

Ingredients

250 gr shrimp
120 ml soy sauce
120 ml sherry
16 ml lemon juice
1 garlic clove
60 ml peanut oil

Instructions

Peel and devein shrimp. Mix ingredients well, pour over shrimp and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Remove shrimp and broil about 2 minutes each side. ----
