Ingredients

375 gr flour
3 gr salt
5 ml b-soda
400 gr sugar
4 gr vanilla
3 gr cinnamon
350 ml oil
3 eggs
375 gr pineapple
220 gr bananas
140 gr nuts
40 gr coconut

Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients. Mix eggs & oil then stir into dry ingredients. Add vanilla, pineapple, bananas & nuts. Makes a 3-layer cake in 23 cm pans. Bake 350 deg for 30 min. Cool & frost with cream cheese icing.
