Hummus

Ingredients

1,000 gr garbanzo beans
1 gr cumin
1 gr coriander
1 gr ginger
1 ml dry mustard
1 gr turmeric
1 gr paprika
16 gr tahini
10 ml sesame oil
30 ml cider vinegar
3 garlic

Instructions

Salt to taste Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree to a smooth paste. Cover and chill. Yields 4 cups.
