Hunter's Venison Sausage

Ingredients

4 venison
1,000 gr pork
18 gr salt
6 gr black pepper
1 gr mace
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr all spice
2 gr garlic powder

Instructions

Mix venison and pork together. Add approx. half cup hot water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage press. Add spices and mix well.
