Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients

130 gr butter
200 gr sugar
250 gr pureed pumpkin
1 egg
4 gr pure vanilla extract
250 gr unbleached allpurpose flour
5 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
3 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
120 gr walnuts-coarsely
170 gr raisins
400 gr sifted confectioners sugar
55 gr butter softened
4 gr vanilla
45 ml whipping cream orange juice
1 rum
2 apar bake about

Instructions

Icing: Cream confectioners=3D sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. (If icing is too thin, add more confectioners' sugar; if too thick, add more cream, orange juice or rum.) Drizzle over cookies.
