Impossible Coconut Pie

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 stick margarine
4 gr vanilla
475 ml milk
150 gr sugar
65 gr flour
1 gr salt
3 gr baking powder
80 gr coconut

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend 30 seconds. Grease and flour 25 cm pie pan or 23 cm square pan. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining coconut over batter. Bake at 180ºC or 40 to 45 minutes and coconut is golden brown.
